Team Resourcing is a specialist recruiter for the built environment and property sectors. It supplies experienced people for project-based and longer-term roles.
In these markets sector knowledge, relationships and consistent delivery decide who wins the work, and the business is built on repeat clients and long-term relationships with candidates.
CKM³ acquired a majority stake in Team Resourcing in 2024. The management team holds equity alongside us.
What we are doing together
Since 2024 we have worked hands-on with the management team on the value creation plan and the M&A strategy, including acquisitions to grow the business, and we give them day-to-day support whenever they need it. We have also strengthened the finance function with an integrated model, annual budgets, monthly board packs and close cash management.
