Auxo Talent is the rebranded MCG Group, the recruitment and services business Colm founded in 2007. It provides global staffing and talent services across several sectors, including recruitment, workforce planning and specialist placements.
It works with a broad client base, helping organisations find and keep skilled people in competitive labour markets.
When Colm exited in 2023, he kept a residual minority stake, which CKM³ now holds.
Our role today
Colm has had no day-to-day involvement in Auxo Talent since his exit in 2023. CKM³ holds a residual minority stake, and the business is run by its own management team.
