Acastus

Acastus owns West Point, a construction and infrastructure services business specialising in civils, groundworks and enabling works. It supports large, programme-critical projects, mainly residential-led developments.

The business works at the front end of the construction programme, where technical capability, site discipline and reliable delivery matter most, and where it has to coordinate closely with clients and contractors on complex, time-sensitive jobs.

CKM³ invested in Acastus in 2024 as a partner to the founders of West Point, who kept a significant stake and continue to lead the business. The wider management team holds equity too.

What we are doing together

We work alongside the founders as an operational partner: on strategy, the value creation plan and the M&A strategy, operational improvement, governance and the board, senior hires, and day-to-day support for the management team whenever they need it. A strong finance function underpins all of it, with an integrated three-statement model, monthly management information, cash flow forecasting and KPI tracking.
