Aquila Energy Group

Aquila Energy Group owns Tech Professionals, a specialist workforce business that supplies technical contract personnel to the offshore energy and marine sectors. It places electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and subsea technicians with clients in offshore wind, subsea power, oil and gas, and maritime markets.

The work is often offshore, international and needed at short notice, so compliance, speed of mobilisation and the quality of the people are what win and keep clients. Long-standing framework agreements with major contractors bring a high level of repeat work.

Tech Professionals was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in the UK. CKM³ acquired a majority stake in September 2026. The management team holds equity alongside us.

What we are doing together

Since completion in September 2026 we have worked closely with management on the operational priorities: a value creation plan, an M&A strategy for further growth, strengthening the senior team and hands-on support across the business. On the finance side we have put in an integrated financial model, a detailed cash flow forecast and monthly board reporting with KPI dashboards.
