CKM³ is an independent investment company that provides flexible capital to high-quality businesses, working in partnership with founders and management teams to support growth, transition, and long-term value creation.
The business was founded by Colm McGinley after the sale of MCG Group, the staffing business he built and led to over £150 million in revenue. That experience as an operator shapes how CKM³ invests today: we deploy our own capital rather than running a fixed fund, which frees us from prescribed formulas, holding periods, and exit timetables, and lets us structure each investment around what genuinely works for the business.
We are deliberately selective. We look for a clear strategic rationale, strong fundamentals, and a shared commitment to building value responsibly — and we favour relationships built on trust rather than transactional outcomes.
